Can you determine my employees’ writing skills?
A: Yes. We can review your “weary or worrisome” documents or we can conduct employee writing assessments using our standard, research-based rubric. Once we assess the writing and determine what skills need to be upgraded, we can then develop a customized training package to fit their specific needs.

A: Yes. Try our Sales Writing That Counts! online course and/or webinar. These courses are packed with tips, information and tools you can use immediately to start writing compelling, action-oriented sales emails, letters and other documents that will get the reader to take action.

I don’t do much writing in my job, but my boss says I need to work on my writing anyway. What advice do you have for me?
A: First, don’t be discouraged. Second, congratulations on seeking a solution. Try one of our online courses such as Business Writing That Counts! You can take the course at your own pace and you get individualized feedback on your writing from one of our certified writing coaches. I’d also recommend the Punctuation That Counts! course as it's the polish that some writers need to work on. I know you’ll see great improvement in your writing and a happier employer! One other idea to consider is one-on-one writing coaching.
Our company has to create proposals that really get scrutinized. Our writers are professionals, yet I think we need help. What would you suggest?
A: Many of the companies we assist have strong writers in their midst, but even strong writers are sometimes slow to get started, can't clearly define their audience, and need help writing more compelling documents.
