This cost-effective alternative may make good business sense as our program combines the core competencies of our Business Writing That Counts! experts and coaches with your internal training resources. Our program is designed for internal trainers who wish to become certified to teach Business Writing That Counts! Level One sessions. Your trainers will leave with the skills, strategies, content, and materials to begin teaching others immediately.

Details:

Formal certification involves demonstration of competence and overall understanding of Business Writing That Counts! content in a two- or three-day plus Train-the-Trainer program. The intensive and interactive workshop includes teach-backs, facilitation strategies, and evaluation tools. To save time and resources, some content can be delivered virtually.

Participants present curriculum knowledge to peers and receive peer feedback as well as videotape work (optional). The plus one-day consists of observing and co-teaching with Dr. Miller or one of our certified master trainers. Certification renewal is required.
